Login troublesEvery minute there are dozens of people logging in on our website or in one of our shops. Many questions to our support are related to logging in.

Are you unable to log in? Did you forget your password? Don't worry, the following tips will help you.

Wrong website

Check if you are logging in on the correct website: Do not log in on another website or on the website of your shop, only log in on EasyWebshop!

Domain name

Wrong e-mail address

  • With which e-mail address did you register? Don't confuse .com, .net or .eu, there is a difference
  • Have you recently changed your email address in our application? Use your new email address
  • Some merchants use a separate e-mail address for their shop or the e-mail address of their partner

Use the email address that you used to create your shop. In the inbox of the email address, you can find the e-mail with your log in details on the date you created your shop.

Wrong password

  • Is your CAPS LOCK (Capitals) on? All passwords are case sensitive
  • Do not type spaces after the password

Password recovery

Passwords are always encrypted into our databases for enhanced security. This means that we can not see or send you your password. We will never ask for your password. Never give your password by e-mail or on the phone!

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password. To verify that you are the rightful owner of the account, you will receive a confirmation email.

Administrator account

If an administrator can not log in, these are the three main causes for this problem:

  • The email address is not confirmed
  • The module is not activated
  • The administrator account is denied
