Viewing logs
The logs allow you to track important events going on on your webshop. Use logs to check if emails were sent correctly and to check the login activity on your webshop.
Navigate to Settings > More options > Logs.
The following data is logged:
- Orders from customers
- Emails from and to customers
- Successful and unsuccessful login attempts on your account
- Important emails from EasyWebshop
The logs will only tell you if the email was sent successfully from our servers. If a successfully sent email does not arrive at the destination, there is a problem at the receiving end. The most common problem is a faulty configured spam filter which blocks emails. In this case, contact the help desk on the receiving end or use another email address. The EasyWebshop support service can only help if the destination mailbox is provided by us.
When an email arrived at the destination mailbox, it does not imply that the receiver downloaded, opened or read the email.
Logs are cleared after 3 years. Don't rely on them for long term data storage.
