Update ready: personalized web forms
4 November 2024, 11:00
As promised at the start of this year, we've added new features to the forms on your website. This includes the checkout, the contact form and custom forms on new pages. We are excited to offer our users greater flexibility in personalizing the forms on their websites.
Form fields update
- You can add extra fields to the checkout, customer signup and the contact form
- You can create new custom contact forms
- You can add text fields, checkboxes, drop down menus, select buttons and descriptions
- Keywords are replaced in automatic emails
- You can have emails sent to multiple administrator accounts
- Everything is multilingual
We would like to point out that adding extra fields to the existing forms can make the checkout or contacting you more difficult for your visitors. Nobody likes to fill out long forms, so use this new feature with care.
