How can I renew my website or webshop?

EasyWebshop does not require a subscription. All websites are pre-paid and can be canceled at any time.

Renewing your website or webshop

If you want to keep your current version, you need to renew before the expiration date. You can renew starting from 40 days before the expiration date. You will automatically receive a reminder email 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and 3 days before the expiration date.

If you renew late, your website will be downgraded to the Free version. No data or settings will be lost: you can reactivate your website at a later date.

Please note that modules not included in the Free version, as well as mailboxes and mail forwards, will also be deactivated. You will need to reactivate them after upgrading.

Renewing your domain name

One domain name is included in all paid versions (Basic, Professional and Business). You do not have to renew this default domain name; as long as your website is on a paid version, this is done automatically for you. There is no extra charge for your default domain name, as it is included in the price.

For additional domain names, you will automatically receive a reminder email with renewal instructions 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and 3 days before the expiration date of your domain name.

Renew domain

If you renew your domain name late, it will be quarantined by the registry. Reactivating a quarantined domain name involves an additional cost, so it is very important to renew your domain name on time!

Reactivating a domain name is the same process as registering a new domain name.
