Can I get a refund?
EasyWebshop can not offer refunds.
The reason for this is that we are offering digital services. Once the service has been provided, it's impossible to return or reverse it. For example: domain names are registered for one year and cannot be cancelled at the registrars.
When placing an order, always check for correctness prior to making a payment. Once the payment is received, services will be provided soon after, if not instantly.
Our refund policy helps to protect us from abuse. If refunds were easily accessible after digital products or services were used, people could potentially use a service and then request a refund, essentially getting the service for free. This would be unfair to our loyal customers who would eventually pay extra for this type of fraud.
If you are unsure that you are going to use our services long term, order on a monthly basis. This way, the amounts are always very low and you can cancel anytime.
We have no obligated subscriptions or automatic deductions from your bank account or credit card. Our customers are free to come, to leave and to come back whenever they want.
