Why does contacting without an account cost US $ 1.06?
We receive a lot of contact inquieries through our website. At one point, more than 95% of these were unwanted advertising (phishing and spam). Spam filters and puzzles provide relief, but they are not foolproof. It's a cat and mouse game, and spammers manage to get around them over time. Or worse, important messages from our customers get lost among the spam.

By adding an economic model to it, sending thousands of spam messages suddenly becomes very expensive. However, for a customer with a serious question, paying US $ 1.06 is not an obstacle. Thanks to this system, we can offer better service to customers with real questions.
Can I pay by bank card or PayPal?
Traditional payment methods are not suitable for micropayments because the payment fees are too high. Therefore, we only accept payments using the Lightning standard. Most Lightning wallets can be charged with traditional payment methods.
Is there an alternative?
You can create a free webshop and contact us through standard support. After you get an answer, you can delete the webshop or do nothing. Unused webshops are automatically deleted after a few weeks.

We strive not to collect personal data and respect the privacy of our customers. After (automatic) deletion of your account, you will not receive any more communication from us.
When will I receive a reply?
We do our best to answer all questions quickly and correctly. During business hours, it usually takes less than an hour. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct, working properly and that your mailbox is not (almost) full.

Unwanted advertising, rude and offensive messages are not answered.
